Coconut Craze Smoothie!

Coconut Craze Smoothie (1)


I love this coconut craze smoothie as a great afternoon pick-me-up, or as a great after dinner snack.  The added touch of the banana makes it taste like you’re eating ice cream!


Ingredients:


3 dates
2 tsp coconut
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
4-5 ice cubes
Blend all together until smooth!  Sprinkle with cardamom and it’s ready to drink! 
Makes about 4 cups
Optional: try adding a handful of spinach for some greens!
